摘要
诉讼是律师执业的重要舞台,律师一直以诉讼作为其执业的主战场。律师制度的恢复和发展过程一直伴随并推动着诉讼制度的恢复、诉讼影响力的扩展以及诉讼制度的改进和完善。改善律师在诉讼中特别是刑事事诉讼中的执业环境,应当成为立法、司法乃至全社会关注的问题。
Summary of the essay: The lawsuit is the important stage of lawyer's work, the lawyer regards lawsuit as the main battlefield of its work. Recovery and evolution process of lawyer system follow and promote recovery lawsuit system, expansion of lawsuit influence power and improvement and perfection of lawsuit system. Improving the lawyers' working environment in the lawsuit especially in criminal suit should become a question legislature, justice department and even the whole society pay close attention to.
