摘要
浙江省温州市第二医院药剂科(325000)苏银法【摘要】目的建立一种简便的血管外给药的药代动力学参数求解方法。方法采用残数法获得药代动力学参数初值,并根据最小二乘原理结合Excel规划求解(PS-E)计算药代动力学参数。结果通过实例展示了Excel规划求解在求解二室血管外给药模型的药代动力学参数的过程,结果显示Excel规划求解法的拟合效果良好,可在一定约束条件下获得药代动力学参数的最优解。结论Excel规划求解是一种获取药代动力学参数的有效而简便的方法。
Objective To establish a convenient method to be used for obtaining the optimum solution of pharmacokinetic parameters in extravascular administration. Methods Program solution of Microsoft Excel (PS-E) was used to find out the optimum solution of multi-variable pharmacokinetic model. Results Through an example,the powerful function with Excel to find out the optimum solution of hybrid parameters and lag time was shown.The accurate solution was obtained. Conclusion Computational results indicated that PS-E is an effective method solving multi-variable pharmacokinetic parameters.
