摘要 应用螺旋机构原理设计出新型数字液压伺服缸,它是通过控制步进马达的转角直接实现对活塞位移的量化.为获得合适的结构参数,使其具有良好的动态性能,对数字缸进行数学建模,用Simulink工具构建成非线性动态系统模型框图,结合Matlab编程进行动态仿真分析,根据活塞下腔容积、工作载荷、螺旋槽断面尺寸和活塞半径4个主要参数变化获得的动态响应曲线,讨论了数字缸的结构参数和工作参数对动态特性的影响,进行了修正系统设计;结果表明,该结构参数下的数字缸具有优良的动态特性,尺寸小、成本低和抗污染能力强,特别在接近满负载、小行程工况下,性能更佳.因此,该数字缸在数控调整系统中具有很好的应用价值. <Abstrcat> A new digital hydraulic servo-cylinder was designedy by using helix mechanism principle. The quantizer of piston displacement of the new derice is directly realized by controlling the corner of step motor. In order to get proper structural parameters to make the digital hydraulic servo-cylinder a good dynamic characteristics, a math model was carried out for the digital cylinder. By utilizing Simulink, the model frame diagram of nonlinear dynamic system was established, and a dynamic simulation was analyzed by combining Matlab programme. Based on a dynamic response curve obtained by the change of four main parameters: the down cavity volume of the piston, work load, the section size of helix slot and piston radius, the influences of the structural parameter and work parameter of the digital cylinder on dynamic characteristics were discussed. And then the system design was modified. As a result, under these structural parameters, the digital cylinder possessed a better dynamic characteristics, a smaller size, lower cost and better ability to resist contamination, especially under the conditions of near to a full load and a small journey, its characteristics was much better. So the digital cylinder has a good application value in the adjusting system of digital control.
