摘要 提出了一种时域提升的JPEG2000感兴趣区域(ROI)编码新方法。该方法利用小波变换特点,将ROI在时域进行提升,然后通过普通的JPEG2000系统编码、解码,最后在时域将ROI恢复。该方法计算量小,可以作为没有ROI编码功能的JPEG2000编解码系统的补充。实验结果表明,该方法可行且性能优越。在主观视觉上,ROI的图像质量有明显改善。客观评价结果表明,1/4ROI的lenna图像ROI的质量比普通JPEG2000编码平均有近4dB的改善,而1/16ROI的goldhill图像平均有近10.6dB的改善。 A novel time domain upsacling method for JPEG 2000 is presented,which upsacles region of interesting(ROI) coefficients in time domain based on the features of wavelet transform,then encodes and decodes the image with ordinary JPEG 2000 system and reconstructs the image in time domain finally.for JPEG 2000 ROI encoding is presented.The method can act as a complement with low computational complexity for JEPG 2000 system without the ROI encoding function.The experimental results show that the method is practicable and the performance is excellent.In subjective human vision system,the quality of ROI has been obviously improved.The objective evaluating results indicate that the ROI quality of “lenna” with 1/4 ROI has an average 4 dB improvement over the ordinary JPEG 2000 encoding,while the “goldhill” with 1/16 ROI has near 10.6 dB improvement.
