摘要
介绍渝怀铁路长寿长江大桥设计。大桥上部结构采用下承式连续钢桁梁的双线铁路桥梁,桥梁结构用钢为14MnNbq钢、16Mnq钢;主桁采用整体节点技术;支座为铰轴滑板钢支座;钢梁使用了长效防腐涂装体系;钢梁安装采用单层吊索塔架悬拼施工,悬臂跨度长达192m;钢桁梁悬臂拼装时采用了预应力后锚技术;主墩深水基础采用双壁吊箱围堰施工。
The design of Changshou Changjiang River Bridge on Chongqing-Huaihua Railway is presented. The superstructure of the Bridge is designed as a double-track railway continuous through truss girder used with 14 MnNbq and 16 MNq steels, the integral panel points and long-term protective coatings. The bearings under the superstructure are of hinge sliding plate steel bearings. The bridge is assembled and erected in a cantilever way by the aid of single-tier cable bent tower with cantilever length of the truss girder up to 192 m, and the prestressing rear anchorage techniques are also applied during the cantilever erection. The construction of the main pier foundations in deep water is carried out by means of double-wall steel boxed cofferdams.
