摘要
１９８６年开始用二甲基硅油进行防止髋关节成形术后粘连的实验研究，实验结果表明：医用高分子二甲基硅油具有预防髋关节术后粘连的良好效果，若应用于临床，则可显著减少关节僵直这一并发症的发生。
Any kinds of the acetabuloplasties in the treatment for congenital dislocation of the hip in children may result in the joint adhesion to some extent making the mobile function of the joint limited or rigidified. The incidence of the adhesion,one of the three common postoperative complications of the CHD, especially in the school-agers.is difficult to deal with.The esperimental research of dimethicone to prevent the postoperative joint adhesion have shown satisfactory effects.
