同源盒基因对血管疾病的影响
Effect of homeobox genes on muscular diseases
摘要
本文概述了同源盒基因在血管发育和重塑中的作用和意义。哺乳动物的同源盒基因是决定细胞发育的主控基因,在转录及翻译的不同阶段行使特定的表达调控,其功能的改变直接影响细胞的命运。近年来发现同源盒基因在细胞的增殖和分化中起着重要作用,对血管系统的生长发育和血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)的增殖和迁移也有重要影响。现拟对同源盒基因在血管疾病中的作用作一综述。
