摘要 Cardiovascular disease is among the leadingcauses of mortality worldwide. A sexrelated difference exists in the incidence of cardiovascular diseases with increased risks of cardiovascular disease such as stroke after menopause. Previous observational studies show significant reductions in the risk of coronary heart disease among users of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for the primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease.
