离子通道与心血管疾病的靶点及新药发现

摘要 心律失常源于离子通道病。心肌质膜的离子通道病,基因突变的LQTS引起IKS,IKR的单通道功能下调;我们发现一例:HERG基因突变(IKR)。病变心肌重构,多离子通道下调改变。但是致心律失常病变心肌中,离子通道病变仅仅是下调。已知各类抗心律失常药,都是使离子通道功能抑制(下调),药物的抑制作用,叠加于已被下调离子通道,如何使离子通道向正常逆转?故而,必然有上调的离子通道病存在。在L-甲状腺素心肌病的心肌重构中,发现IKS,
