摘要
１９８０年至１９８８年间，采用１１种不同的显微外科手术方法，急诊处理手部严重创伤８２例。随访１～７年，效果良好。文中对拇指与手部大面积皮肤缺损，手腕掌部毁损伤、复杂断指再植、全手皮肤脱套伤以及手部肌腱与皮肤缺损处理方法进行了讨论。
Abstract82 cases of severe hand injury have beenmanaged with II kind microsurgical techniquesfrom 1980 to 1988.Follow-up examination 1to 7 years after operation showhg the resultswere satisfactory, The management of thumbloss associated with large skin defect, severehand injury in carpo-metarpal areas, complexsevered digits, whole hand skin sheathlike tearand tendon loss associated with skin defect in hand to be disscussed in this article.
