摘要
１９８６年３月至１９９１年１２月。术者在农村卫生所行断指再植１８０例。其中多指断离９例再植３０指，成活２７指，成活率９０％。功能恢复基本满意。本文就在农村卫生所人力，物力，经验不足情况下，如何进行多指断离再植谈了自己粗浅体会。术者认为多指断离创伤严重，对手的功能及外观影响较大，要力争全植全活。只要扎实地掌握显微外科基本功，采取快速彻底清创，省时的血管吻合法等措施，重视功能重建，多指断离再植在卫生所是可以进行的，并可以最大限度的恢复手的功能及外观。
Abstract30 severed digits in 9 cases were replantedwith a survival rate 90%and good functionfrom Match 1986 to December 1991 Althoughthe medical conditions,equipment and experi-ence were poor, the survival rate was stillhigher as long as much attention were payed.
