摘要
对４２例扩张型心肌病患者左室容积指数（ＬＶＶＩ）、室壁厚度（ＬＶＷＴ）及左室重量指数（ＬＶＭＩ）与其诊所左室肥厚（ＬＶＨ）常用五项心电图（ＥＣＧ）标准间的关系进行研究。简单相关分析表明，多数ＥＣＧ标准与ＬＷＩ、ＬＶＷＴ、ＬＶＭＩ呈轻、中度相关；多元逐步回归分析显示：ＬＶＶＩ、ＬＶＭＩ主要与Ｒｏｍｈｉｔ—Ｅｓｔｅｓ记分（ＲＥ记分）、Ｓｏｋｏｌｏｗ和Ｌｙｏｎ指数（ＳＬ指数）有关，ＬＶＷＴ主要与ＳＬ指数有关。
The purpose of the present study was to find the electrocardiographic patterns that have close relation with left ventricular(LV) morphology in patients with idiopathic dilated cadiomwpathy (IDC). A total of 5 electrocardiographic criteria for LV enlargment were evaluated in 42patients with IDC ,and werecorrelated to LV volume, wall thickness and mass, as assessed at echocardiography. Linear regression analysis showed moderate and weak correlation between mlutiple electrocardiographic cnieria and LV volume, wall thickness and mass. Stepwise regression analysis showed that voltage criteria of Sokolow and Lyon(SL criteria)were significantly related to LV wallthickness; the Romhilt-Estes score(RE score) and the SL criteria were predictors of LV end-diastolic volume; the RE score, the SL criteria played an major role in predicting LV mass.
