应用多普勒超声心动图研究心律失常血流动力学变化 被引量:4

Evaluation of Instantaneous Hemodynamic Changes in Arrhythmias by Pulsed Doppler Echocardiography

摘要 应用脉冲波多普勒超声心动图(PWDE)对40名室性早搏(VPB),13名房性早搏(APB)及5名单纯性心房纤颤(Af)患者心律失常发生的血流动力学变化进行了研究。结果表明,早搏对心脏血流动力学的影响与其联律间期(CI)及左室舒张功能有关。还就心率、年龄、早搏的类型等对早搏瞬间血流动力学的影响进行了分析。 Instantaneous hemodynamic changes assessed by pulsed Doppler echocardiography were evaluate in 40 patients with vetricular premature beat(VPB), 13 patients with atrial premature beat (APB) and 5 patients with lone atrial fibrillation (Af). The result shows the hemodynamic changes in premature beats and Af relate to factors as follows: ① The coupling interval (CI).The shorter the CI,the less flow volume of the premature beat; the longer, the more. There is a significant positive correlation between them. ②Left ventricular diastolic function (LVDF).In patient with poor LVDF, the flow volume increased very little though there is a relatively longer CI.③ Heart rate, age, types of premature beats.
