摘要
通过多步电化学聚合的方法,合成了以接枝酪蛋白与聚吡咯为复合载体的葡萄糖氧化酶电极,研究了工作电位、底物浓度、温度、溶液pH对电极电化学响应特性的影响,以及电极的灵敏性、专一性和重复性实验。实验结果表明:该酶电极的线性响应范围为1.0×10-6~1.43×10-2mol/L,其检出限为1.0×10-7mol/L,响应时间仅为8s,使用寿命超过1个月,并具有优良的重复性和高选择性。
Aglucose oxidase electrode withgraftingcasein and polypyrrole membrane as the immobilizingcarriˉer was prepared by a multiple_step electrochemical polymerization.The effects of experimental conditions,such as working voltage,glucose concentration,temperature and solution pH,on the bioelectrochemical reˉsponse characteristics ofthe electrode were investigated.The sensitivity,specificityand repeatabilityofthe elecˉtrode were also examined.Experimental results showed that the linear response range of the multiple enzyme electrode was1.0×10 -6 to1.43×10 -2 mol/Land the limit of detection was1.0×10 -7 mol/L,with a stable response time of8seconds only.The advantages of the electrode were good repeatability and high selectivity,and the lifetime of the electrode exceeded one month.
