摘要
人的社会化是个体取得特定社会成员资格的唯一途径,当代大学生社会化的成功与否,直接关系到其跨入社会后的成败.但是,当代大学生在知识、心理、技能等方面的社会化程度存在许多令人担忧的现象,探索这些现象及其产生的原因和对策,已成为教育工作者的重要课题.
The socialization is the only wayt for man to get i n to society.The socialization degree of contemporary college students has an impo rtant bearing on their future life.But there has been a slip in the socializatio n degree of modern college students in knowledge and psychology and skill.It is necessary for college teachers to study these phenomena and reasons.
