摘要
切除大鼠双侧肾上腺,将肾上腺包膜自体种植于大网膜或肌肉内,结果前者肾上腺皮质再生良好,手术七周后血浆皮质酮浓度又可恢复至术前水平,而后者肾上腺皮质再生差,种植物的功能在手术七周后仍显著低于正常。作者曾将肾上腺包膜自体种植于血供丰富的肾皮质内,其结果与种植于肌肉内相似。结果证明大网膜是肾上腺种植的理想部位。
Following bilateral adrenalectomy, the rat adrenal capsules were immediately auto-implanted into flank muscle pockets or greater o-menta. When recipient sits was omentum ma-jus , the adrenal cortex regenerated well and the concentrations of plasma corticosterone reach normal levels within 7 weeks. If adrenal capsules were auto-implanted into muscle pockets, the graft function was obviously inferior to normal by 7 week after surgery. With experiment done by us before the findings suggest that omentum majus is the best site for a-drenal capsule grafting.
