摘要
目的探讨电视腹腔镜下手术治疗卵巢良性畸胎瘤的效果和手术技巧,防治术中囊肿破裂等并发症发生。方法电视腹腔镜下采用囊肿先减压后剥除的手术方法治疗了41例卵巢良性畸胎瘤患者。结果41例卵巢良性畸胎瘤在腹腔镜下获得成功手术治疗,且平均手术时间仅30min。结论电视腹腔镜下手术治疗卵巢良性畸胎瘤具有创伤小、恢复快的特点;囊肿先减张后剥除的手术方法可有效防治术中囊肿破裂等并发症发生。
Objective: To explore the effectiveness and surgical techniques of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of mature ovarian teratoma and prevention of the complications such as cystic rupture during operation. Methods: 41 cases with mature ovarian teratoma underwent laparoscopic surgery. Results: All cases were cured successfully and the average time of laparoscopic surgery was only 30 min. Conclusions: Laparoscopic surgery is a very useful technique in the treatment of mature ovarian teratoma with advantages of little injury and rapid recovery.
