摘要
21世纪,图书馆必须拓宽文献信息资源的采集渠道,加强对现实馆藏、虚拟馆藏和数字化信息的组织管理,开展深层次的信息服务,创建文献资源的共建共享体系,建立可持续利用的文献信息资源系统,同时应建立人力资源开发体系,充分调动人的积极性.
In the 21st century,modern library must widen the collecting channels of literature information resources,reinforce organization and management for reality collection,virtual collection and digitization information,carry out depth-layer information services,create resource joint building and share system,set up sustainable exploitation and utilization for resource system literature information,at the same time,should establish manpower resource exploiting system,arouse the enthusiasm.
