摘要
本文报告了１５例矢状窦旁脑膜瘤完全切除肿瘤与受累的矢状窦后，用自体颈外静脉或硬脑膜或大脑镰进行的矢状窦重建手术。１３例肿瘤位于矢状窦中１／３，２例位于后１／３。重建手术中，包括矢状窦壁缝合３例，矢状窦壁修补５例，自体静脉移植７例。有５例中央区皮层静脉切断后与重建的矢状窦进行了吻合。１５例术后效果均满意。
Abstract cases of parasagittal meningiomas were totally resected with sinus reconstruction: 13 in the middle third; and 2 in the posterion third. Of these, 7 meningiomas involved the whole sinus, 5 invaded one or two sinus walls, and 3 invaded the lateral recess of the sinus. There were 4 cases of meningiomas riding the sinus. In all of the 15 cases their tumors were totally removed, the sinus were reconstructed by autogenous jagular vein graft in 7 cases, of whom Trolard’s vein and central vein were anastomosed to the branches of the vein graft in 5 cases. One or two walls repaired by nearby dura and falx in 5 cases. In the remaining 3 cases, the lateral recess were sutured. The surgical result was good. There were no symptoms of sinus thrombosis and tumor recurrente. Patients have been followed-up for 6 months to 4 years. In this paper the operative techniques were the importance of the operation were also discussed.
