摘要
目的探讨脑胶质瘤病的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析自1994年至2004年在我院诊治的8例脑胶质瘤病患者的临床表现、检查结果、治疗方法和预后情况,结合国内外文献分析讨论。结果经综合治疗,本组早期临床症状改善者7例,病情恶化1例。生存期至今最短9月,最长大于8年。结论结合临床表现和MRI等相关检查,对脑胶质瘤病作出早期诊断,并综合利用手术、化疗和放疗能有效的延长患者的生存时间,提高生存质量。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of gliomatosis cerebri (GC). Methods The clinical manifestations,test results,therapeutic methods were analyzed retrospectively in 8 patients with GC,which were diagnosed and treated in our hospital between 1994 and 2004. Results Through our integrated treatment,the symptoms of 6 cases were alleviated but the other 1 were aggravated. The survival time is between 9 months to 8 years. Conclusion Early diagnosis based on clinical manifestations,MRI test,biopsy et al and integrated treatment of surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy would prolong the survival time and promote the living quality for the patients with GC.
