摘要
近年来 ,我厂工模具钢产量不断增大 ,其中以Cr12MoV系列为主 ,但此类钢种中的D2钢裂纹废品较为突出。本文结合D2钢的冶炼工艺及现场生产实际 ,分析了裂纹产生原因 ,提出了如何防止和减少裂纹 。
The output of tool steel and die steel in our company increases constantly in recent years, especially the steel of Cr12MoV series, but the crack reject of steel D2 among this steel series accounts for a great proportion in total reject. In this paper, the reasons for cracking was analyzed from the angle of melting process and production practice of steel D2, the measures to decrease or prevent cracking were suggested.
