摘要
测定４４例急性缺血性中风患者周围血白细胞计数、白细胞激活、白细胞脂质过氧化物（Ｌｐｏ）和Ｃ＿３，结果显示，患者白细胞计数和健康对照组无显著差异，白细胞激活明显高于对照组（１３７．９４±３８．８６Ｕ／Ｌ对９８．２２±２０．２９Ｕ／Ｌ，Ｐ＜０．０１），白细胞Ｌｐｏ和Ｃ＿３则明显低于对照组（０．９０±０．８７Ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ和０．９６±０．７２ｇ／Ｌ对１．５７±１．２９Ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ和１．６９±０．７０ｇ／Ｌ，Ｐ＜０．０１），且和梗塞面积大小相关。提示白细胞可能参与急性缺血性脑损伤的病理生理，初步探讨了白细胞的作用机理和免疫激活途径。
he leukocyte count,leukocyte activation, lipoperoxidant(Lpo)of leukocytes and C_3 in the eperipheral blood were determined in 44 patients with acute ischemic stroke and the results were compared with those in age-matched healthy controls,No significant difference in mean leukocyte counts was observed between the patients and controls,he levels of leukocyte activation in the patients were significantly higher thanthose in the controls(137.94±38.86U/L vs 92; 22±20. 29U/L,P<0. 01),while the levels of Lpo of leukocytes and C_3 were significantly lower than those in the controls (0.90±0.87μmol/L and 0. 96±0.72 g/L vs 1. 57±1.29μmol/L and 1.69±0.70g/L,P<0.01).The changes of these levels were in correla-tion with the extent of cerebral infarction. It is suggested that leukocytes might be involved in the patho-physiological process of acute ischemic brain damage, ts mechanisms and route of activation were discussed briefly.
