摘要
基于对国内外煤炭城市采空区土地稳定性研究现状及发展趋势的综合分析,论述了煤炭城市采空区土地特点,界定了煤炭城市采空区土地开发利用潜力的基本概念。分析探讨了煤炭城市采空区土地开发利用潜力评估的必要性及评估研究的基本内容及关键技术,指出当前煤炭城市采空区土地开发利用潜力评估研究包括评估指标体系、评估标准、评估模型、评估平台与评估示范五个方面。把握煤炭城市采空区土地可以开发利用的实际潜力,以期科学引导煤炭城市采空区土地的合理规划与开发利用,为地面建(构)筑物的选址、沉陷区治理及土地复垦等提供科学依据,对保障现代煤炭城市的可持续发展具有重要意义。
Based on the comprehensively review on the research progress and the development tendency on stability evaluation for international coal mine city goaf land,the basic concept of the developing-utilization potential of coal mine city goaf land is defined referring to the features of coal mine city goaf land.The necessity of potential evaluation for coal mine city goaf land is analyzed,and the related fundamental research contents and key technologies are discussed.It is pointed out that the fundamental researches include the index system,evaluation standard,the evaluation model,the evaluation software-platform and the evaluation demosnstration.The fundamental research in not only helpful to the reasonable and scientific developing-utilizing and planing of coal mine city goaf land,but also conducive to offering science foundation for selection site of ground building and harness subsiding area and land reclamation.The potential evaluation for coal mine city goaf land is very important for the sustainable development of modern coal mine city.
