摘要
本文从徐德江状告语言理论专家伍铁平教授“侵犯名誉权”一案出发 ,论证了什么是学术、学术领域、内行和外行 ,对什么是伪科学作了明确的界定 ,并主张从是否违背公理、违反常识和违背事实出发 ,来辨识正常的学术争鸣和学术造伪的区别。本文还以汉字学的伪科学为例 ,对伪科学产生的社会原因作了分析。文章指出揭发和批判伪科学 。
This essay expounds what are academy,academic field,expert and layman, and also gives a clear conception of false science by analysing the law case between XUE De-jiang and linguistic expert WU Tie-ping.It sets forth the method to differentiate regular academic contend from falsehood by telling whether it is against general knowledge,truth or fact. The essay also analyses the cause of false science with the example of false science in the science of Chinses Character,and points out that it is the scholars' social and historical mission to expose and criticize false science.
