摘要
目的:探讨综合性监护室(ICU)心脏术后患者心律失常的发生特点。方法:回顾性分析本院综合性ICU收治的72例心脏术后患者1～3天心律失常的发生情况及其相关因素。结果:72例患者中术后出现心律失常23人,发生率为31.94%;其中感染性心内膜炎、风湿性心脏病患者术后心律失常发生率较高;严重心脏疾病、主动脉断流时间长、高龄患者较易出现心律失常。结论:综合性ICU心脏术后患者较易发生心律失常,应注意密切监测与早期防治。
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of the arrhythmia occurs after heart surgical operation. Method:To analyze respectively the 72 patients finished heart surgical operation in general intensive care unit (ICU). Results:23 of them suffered arrhythmia, the total rate was 31.94%. The patient suffered from infectious endocarditic and rheumatic heart disease had high post,operative arrhythmia ratio. Severe heart disease, long flow,break time of the aorta and aged patient were the high risk factors. Conclusions:The patients after heart surgical operation in general ICU easily suffer from arrhythmia, careful monitoring, early prevention and treatment are necessary.
