摘要
对比研究了普鲁卡因复合麻醉下前列腺素E1(PGE1)与硝普钠(SNP)控制性降压时犬血流动力学变化。结果表明,SNP降压组有显著的反射性心动过速和反跳性高血压,PGE;降压组两者均无。PGE1降压时心指数、肺动脉压等其它血流动力学参数亦比SNP稳定,提示在保证心肌氧供求平衡及防止血管意外方面PGE1降压优于SNP。
Twenty-six adult mongrel dogs under intravenous procaine balanced anesthesia were divided into PGE1. SNP and control groups each received PGE1, SNP or normal saline randomly by pulmonary arterial administration in order to study the influence of deliberated hypotension on hemodynamics. MAP was decreased hi 30% and maintained for 45 min. During the experiment CVP, PAWP, PVR did not change significantly in these three groups. Tachycardia and rebound hypertension were present in SNP group (P<O. 05 )but not after the infusion of PGE, (P >0.05 ). RPP, CI, SVI, LVSWI and RVSWI decreased significantly after the start of the hypotensive agents but the magnitude of change of PGE, group was lower than SNP group. The values of PGE, group returned to normal immediatly after stoppage of hypotensive agent infusion but that of SNP group increased,BP were higher than the prehypotensive levels(p<0.05 or 0. 01 ). Both groups had similar influence on SVR. The results reveal that PGE, induced hypotension had less unfavorable effects than SNP.
