以公有制为主体的资产优势论是我党提出的一种新主体论,是对马克思主义公有制理论的重大突破,是建设中国特色社会主义实践经验的科学总结。
A new principal body theory of taking the public-owned assets as the principal part has been restated on the 15th Party Congress. It is an important advanced view of the Marxist public-owned system. It is a scientific conclusion of the process of establishing the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
