摘要
教育技术的发展促使教育的目标、内容、方法、形式及学校结构等方面发生了深层的变革。据此提出:以终身学习的价值取向为指导,用教育技术整合重构人的学习体系;以新课程培训为重点,深化教师教育教学改革;以“潜件”建设为龙头,带动教育技术水平的全面提高;以公民道德教育和爱国主义教育为主线,在教学中提升学生的情感;以教育技术为纽带,培养学生的创新精神和创新能力,实现高等教育的跨越式发展。
The development of Educational technology promotes the further reform of education aims, contents, ways forms and structure. Therefore educational technology major should: reconstruct study system with the guide of all - life study orientation; further reforms of teacher education which emphasizes the new course training; promote educational technology with the beginning of 'software' construction enforcing students' emotion during the course of teaching with the education of patriotism; cultivate the frontier spirit creative ability and realize the development of advanced education.
