摘要
５６例住院的寻常型银屑病患者于治疗前后进行全血粘度、血浆粘度、全血还原粘度、血球压积、红细胞沉降车、血沉方程Ｋ值、红细胞电泳时间等血液流变学指标的测定。同时选择５０例正常人作对照，结果表明，银屑病组疗前全血粘度、全血还原粘度明显高于对照组，红细胞电泳时间延长（Ｐ＜０．０１）；银屑病组经温泉浸裕洽疗后，全血粘度、血沉、Ｋ值下降，红细胞电泳时间缩短，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。而血浆粘度、全血还原粘度、血球压积三项指标疗程前后无明显改变（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
The contents of hemorrheology,including whole blood specific viscosity,plasma specific viscosity,whole blood reductive viscosity,hema-tocrit,ESR,ESR equation K-value the RBC electrophoresis time etc.were determined in 56 cases with psoriasis vulgaris.Another 50 normal subjects were as control group.Compared with two groups,the whole blood specific viscosity,whole blood reductive viscosity and RBC electrophoresis time in psoriasis were greater than those of normal subjects at pre-treatment.After hot spring bath,the whole blood specific viscosity,ESR,ESR equation K-value decreased and RBC electrophoresis time shortened in psoriasis,there was a significant difference(P<0.01).But the plasma specific viscosity,whole blood reductive viscosity and hematocrit were not obviously changed at pre-and post-treatment.
