摘要
目的 观察用局部封闭的方法治疗慢性骶髂关节炎的效果。方法 将９５ 例患者随机分为两组，封闭组５１ 例，用强的松龙、利多卡因和维生素Ｂ１２ 行局部注射治疗；对照组４４ 例用物理疗法，就治疗结果做统计学处理。结果 治疗组的痊愈率（７４ ．５ ％ ） 和总有效率（１００ ％ ） 明显高于对照组（３４ ．１ ％ 和７９ ．６ ％ ）（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。结论 局部封闭治疗慢性骶髂关节炎优于物理疗法。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of regional blockade treating sacroiliitis. Methods 95 patients were divided into the blockade group and the control group randomly.The blockade group (51 patients) was given local injection treatment by hydroprednisone, lidocaine and vitamin B 12 .The control group (44 patients) was given physical treatment. Statistical analysis was applied in the therapeutic result. Results The cure rate (74.5%) and the response rate (100%) of the blockade group were significantly higher than those of the control group (34.1% and 79.6%) (P <0.01). Conclusion Regional blocking treatment is superior to the physical treatment.
