摘要
目的 为了探讨中西药复方制剂复方绞股蓝胶囊治疗中晚期胃癌的疗效及机理。方法 以复方绞股蓝胶囊治疗１２５ 例中晚期胃癌患者，其中单用复方胶股蓝胶囊６２ 例（ 治疗组Ⅰ） ，复方绞股蓝胶囊配合化疗６３ 例（ 治疗组Ⅱ） ，另有６０ 例单用化疗（ 对照组） ，观察三组的有效率、毒副反应等。结果 治疗组的有效率和卡氏评分高于对照组（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） ， 毒副反应发生率低于对照组（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论 复方绞股蓝胶囊是一具有较好发展前景的中西药复方制剂。
Objective To study the effects and mechanism of compound jiaogulan capsule (CJC) combined with chemotherapy treatment. Methods 125 cases of gastric cancer in moderate and advanced state were treated by this medicine, 62 of them received only CJC treatment (the therapeutic group I) ; 63 were treated with both CJC and chemotherapy (the therapeutic group Ⅱ) . In addition,60 gastric cancer patients by chemotherapy alone(the control group) .Observe the response rates and toxic side-effect of the three groups.Results The response rates and karn of sky scale in the therapeutic groups were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) .At the same time, the toxic side-effects were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Jiaogulan capsules are a kind of Chinese and western medicine compound preparation with brilliant prospects.
