摘要
目的 报告１５８ 例胸腰椎不稳定骨折手术治疗效果，探索治疗中的几个问题；方法 １９８５ ～１９９６年，手术治疗胸腰椎不稳性骨折１５８ 例， 手术方式为： 脊椎棘定钢板，Ｈａｒｉｎｇｔｏｎ’ｓ 棒Ｌｕｇｕｅ’ｓ 棒和椎弓根针固定系统； 结果 经１ 年以上随访，有效率为４４％ ～８３ ％ ；结论 手术治疗是恢复脊柱脊髓功能所必需的，为取得较好疗效，内固定方式应根据伤情和骨折类型进行合理选择。
Objective To probe the outcome of 158 operations of unstable fracture of thoracolumber spine and explore some problems in the treatment of the fractures. Methods 158 cases of unstable fracture of thoracolumber spine were operated upon with internal fixation among spinous plates, Harington's or Luque's distraction rods and pedicle scuews plating.Results The response rate was 44%～83% through following up more than a year.Conclusion Operative treatment is necessary for the need of recovery of spinous function. The internal fixation should be selected reasonablely according to the condition of injury and types of fracture in order to acquire the excellent results.
