摘要
基于模糊数学理论,研究了减速机的故障诊断方法。根据分析鞍钢某厂的几台减速机的振动信号,提取出反映典型故障的特征参数,建立模糊诊断矩阵,通过模糊计算,确定减速机的故障类型,并给出了诊断实例。
A fuzzy diagnostic method for Reducers faults is proposed. Based on analyzing the vibration signals of Reducer, the feature parameters reflecting typical faults are extracted. The fuzzy diagnostic matrix is made to assess the Reducers fault, and the same examples are given.
