摘要
LiOH·H2O和NH4VO3的均匀混合物作为前驱物,分别在480、580和680℃下通过固相烧结法制得3种Li1.4V3O8样品。采用化学分析和XRD、循环伏安和充放电实验测试其结构和电化学性能之间的关系。XRD的测试结果表明,合成的样品具有典型的Li1+xV3O8结构。充放电和循环伏安实验表明,样品可以达到500mA·h/g以上的比容量,有一定的可充性。
Three kinds of Li1.4V3O8 samples were synthesized by a solid-phase sintering process,in which the mixture of LiOH·H2O and NH4VO3 was used as the starting material and sintered respectively at 480?580 and 680 in air atmosphere.The measurements of XRD,FT-IR,cyclic relationship between structure and electrochemical performance of voltammograms and charge/discharge experiments were employed to study the Li1.4V3O8.The experimental data of XRD and FT-IR show that all synthesized samples possess typical structure of LiV3O8.The charge/discharge experiment showed that 480 sample exhibits a capacity more than 500 mA.h/g in the first charge/discharge cycle.The results indicate this synthesis technique not only have the advantage of convenient operation,but also can obtain a typical structure of Li1+x V3O8 with high capacity as well.
