摘要
为了实现电渣熔铸曲轴一步整体成型,必须确定挤拐的开始时间,即金属液面的位置。基于自耗电极为规则圆柱体,设计了一种以单片机为主的测重法,间接实现了金属液面的自动检测。该方法由于只反映铸件重量和长度,能够克服传统传感器检测钢水液位影响因素多的缺陷,其检测精度高,可达毫米级,抗干扰能力强。
In order to implement the uniform step process of electroslag casting, it is necessary to ascertain the start time of extrusion or the surface of melted metal. A method of measuring weight with microcomputer is designed to indirectly detect it automatically, according to regular cylinder consumable electrode. The method can overcome the limitation of traditional sensors that are influenced by many factors, and its detection precision is high and capability of anti-interfere is strong, because it only reflects the weight and length of the cast.
