摘要
目的:探讨CT导引下经皮肺穿刺活检的技术方法和影响诊断准确性的因素。方法:回顾性分析22例肺内病变CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的技术方法,分析影响穿刺准确性及诊断准确率的因素。结果:22例中,穿刺成功率100%,活检诊断准确率为21/22(95·4%)。3例发生轻度气胸,1例穿刺后咯血痰。结论:CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术是安全的,可有效提高肺内病变的诊断准确性。
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the methods and technolo gy of Trans-skin puncture Lung Biopsy leaded by CT and the factors that effects ve racity of diagnosis.METHOD:We reviewed the methods and technology of 22 cases Tr ans-skin puncture Lung Biopsy leaded by CT,discussed the factors that effects ve racity of diagnosis and how to elevate the veracity of puncture.RESULTS:Of 22 ca ses,the rate of succeeded puncture was 100%,the rate of diagnostic veracity was 95.4%(21/22),3 cases occurred slight pneumothorax,lcase emptysis.CONCLUSION: Trans-skin puncture Lung Biopsy leaded by CT is a safe operation,it can elevate the diagnostic veracity of lung diseases.
