摘要
农村合作医疗的发展历史表明,合作医疗经费是影响和制约其发展的决定性因素。新型农村合作医疗试点地区的经验也同样表明其首要的难题是筹资问题。文章从新型农村合作医疗筹资政策、筹资主体、筹资标准等方面分析影响筹资的原因,进而提出相应的政策建议。
The experience of rural cooperative medicine indicates the medical fee is a key factor to affect and limit the development of rural cooperative medicine.
