摘要
本文就《考工记》中保留的先秦大量的手工艺设计思想、工艺规范及完备的生产管理制度进行一定的理论阐释,并探讨其所谓"天有时,地有气,工有巧,材有美,合此四者然后可以为良"的工艺美学观仍是现代设计可持续发展的有力保证。
Whether in the history of ancient Chinese scriptures, or in the history of traditional handicraft design and science and technology, the ancient book on handicrafts: A Quest For Craftsmanships occupies a significant place. This thesis centers on some specific theoretic explanations and illustrations on the handicraft-technology, artistry procedure, complete production management and construction system of the Ante-Qin Dynasty, as recorded by this amazing masterpiece. The aesthetic ideas as stated in this ancient scripture such as: “Suitable for its nature, in accord with its environment, using skillful artistry, selecting ideal materials —these four factors combined, then you can create immaculate pieces of work..” and the directing significance and value of these ideas in the domain of modern Artistic Design will be further discussed.
