摘要
文章介绍了球罐型LNG船的技术要求、国内船厂建造LNG船所必需具备的条件、14.7万m3球罐型LNG船的技术特点和主要技术参数、球型液罐结构的设计原则、球罐布置、球罐及气室的绝缘系统、蒸汽轮机动力装置。并结合规划建设中长兴造船基地的船坞尺度、生产设施和设备、工艺流程基础数据,对球罐型LNG船的建造进行了初步研究。
Preliminary understanding to technical requirements of spherical Moss LNG carrier has been introduced, as well as necessary corresponding building facilities in domestic shipyard, 147,000 m3 Moss LNGC technical features and main particulars, design principle of tank structure, spherical tank arrangement, insulation of tank and dome, steam turbine propulsion system etc. has been briefly illustrated in the thesis incorporated with preliminary study of LNGC construction in Changxing Shipbuilding Base based on fundamental facilities in plan such as dry dock and basic building facilities.
