摘要
传统的以块为主的城市规划管理体制已难以适应社会主义市场经济条件下加强宏观调控的需求,应以健全建设项目选址分级管理为重点,强化城市规划分级管理机制。
It is now hard for the traditional city plan- ning management system featured by blocks to meet the needs of macro control under the socialist mar- ket economy.Therefore it is necessary to perfect the hierarchy management system for site selec- tion for construction projects and strengthen the hierarchy management system for city planning.
