One of the most prominent characteris-tics of Xinandu Farm is that all its land belongs to thestate.This has avoided various difficulties in coor-dination caused by different land ownerships.Itsstructural planning takes the pattern of'unified con-trol and aggregation by different regions'to form aspatial pattern of'one axis,tow towns and threevillages'.
