摘要
目的检测蝎毒、蝎毒多肽对家兔和小鼠凝血功能的影响。方法分别采用目测法、镜检计数法、血液学分析仪测定家兔和小鼠的出血时间、凝血时间、血小板计数及血浆纤维蛋白原,分析其注射蝎毒、蝎毒多肽前后的变化。结果二者均能使出、凝血时间延长,血小板数量降低,血浆纤维蛋白原减少。蝎毒多肽降低血小板数目和血浆纤维蛋白原含量的作用强于蝎毒。结论蝎毒多肽对凝血系统的影响大于蝎毒。
Objective To observe the influence of scorpion venom and peptide from scorpion venom on the blood coagulating function of mice and rabbits.Methods Bleeding time (BT) and clotting time (CT) were measured with regular method. With a microscope, the platelet was counted (PC) and the hematology analysis instrument, the counting of fibrinogen (Fg) in plasma were detected. The difference of BT, CT, PC and Fg between the groups before and after the injection of SV and PSV1 was compared.Results After SV and PSV1 being injected, BT and CT were prolonged, PC and Fg were decreased. The effect of PSV1 on decreasing PC and Fg were stronger than SV.Conclusion The influence of PSV1 on blood coagulating function is more distinct than SV.
