摘要
使用变分累积展开方法,研究了铁磁性薄膜的磁性,给出了作为薄膜厚度函数的自发磁化强度的解析表达式.作为一个特例,给出了立方格点上自旋1/2铁磁薄膜的自发磁化曲线、磁滞回线和矫顽力的三级近似结果,并对结果作了分析和讨论.
The magnetic properties of ferromagnetic films are investigated by using variational cumulant expansion. The analytic expression of magnetization is derived. As an example, the spontaneous magnetization and the coercivity are calculated to the third order as a function of the atomic number of layers for spin-1/2 ferrimagnetic films, and the obtained results are analysed and discussed.
