摘要
目的讨论关于室间隔缺损(室颤)合并肺动脉高压的外科治疗方法。方法对24例室缺合并肺动脉高压患者的术前准备、术中处理及术后治疗方法进行分析总结。结果本组病例全部存活。其中,术后1例发生肺动脉高压危象,未发生其他严重并发症,均痊愈出院。结论提高室缺合并肺动脉高压患者手术成功率的关键在于重视术前研究,明确诊断,估计病变严重程度,明确手术适应证,正确选择病例,改进手术操作技术及进行良好的围术期处理。
Objective To discuss the surgical method to treat the VSD combined with PH. Methods The materials of 24 cases VSD combined with PH were analyzed in their preparation, preoperation, control during operation and treatment after operation. Results All cases were survived without complications except 1 cases of pulmonary hypertension crisis. Conclusion The study before operation and diagnosis might be the key points so that to assess the degree of disease and indication. The proper performance during operation should be taken.
