摘要
女性人力资源开发对于经济进步、社会发展和人权保障具有重要的意义。因此,成功的女性人力资源开发绝不仅仅是用人单位的内部管理活动,它要求个人、家庭、学校、媒介、政府和用人单位的积极介入和完美合作。从宏观层面上看,女性人力资源开发的内容和任务多样,所涉及的因素和领域也非常广泛。本文仅从经济学的角度,通过对影响人力资本在市场中谈判力的因素分析,结合女性劳动力市场的信息均衡模型,归纳了女性人力资本开发的三个层面,据此初步提出了一个社会开发模式。
Female human resources have great significance to economic progress, social improvement and human right's safeguarding. Therefore,the successful development of female human resources is not merely the internal activities of employed units, but requires active involvement and cooperation from individuals, families, schools, media, government and employed units. Macrocosmically, the contents and task of female human resources development are varied and related to many factors and fields. This essay, through analyzing from the view of economics the influential factors of human capital's negotiation ability in the market, summarizes the three levels of female human resources development with balanced information model in female labor market, and initially presents a social developmental model of female human resources.
