摘要
对1#、2#两种商用平整液在涂油与不涂油情况下的防锈性能通过湿热试验、工业大气试验等不同的试验方法进行了对比研究。结果表明,大气污染物质、湿度、尘埃颗粒等是促进金属腐蚀的主要因素,湿热试验中耐蚀性好的样品,在工业大气环境中实际应用时不一定会表现出相同的耐蚀效果;喷涂防锈油能大大延长平整液试样出现锈蚀的时间,能够减轻易锈蚀平整液试样的腐蚀程度;对材料防锈性能的评价必须进行模拟现场的工业大气试验。
The anti-rust property of two kinds of tempering lubricant with and without oil coating was studied with various testing methods. Results showed that contaminants, humidity, dust particles were main factors for acceleration of metal corrosion. The specimens with good anti-rust behavior in humid heat test could not necessarily exhibit the same property in practical application in industrial atmosphere. Anti-rust oil coating could delay greatly the rusting time of specimens with tempering lubricant and relieve rusting degree. It is necessary to do experiments in the enviroment similar to the atmosphere in workshop for evaluating materials behavior.
