摘要
采用活性炭、粘合剂、无纺布三种原料,通过浸渍法,研制出一种复合高效的吸附性能材料———活性炭无纺布,选出了适合于活性炭无纺布工艺的原料,确定了适宜的工艺条件和流程,并对各种影响因素加以分析讨论。通过该工艺,其载炭量可达55%;碘及苯酚吸附值分别为:503mg/g,57.8mg/g;均匀性较好。
Preparation of activated carbon non-woven, a composite material with high adsorptive property was studied from activated carbon, adhesive and non-woven fabrics. Suitable process was determined and various factor affecting product's property were analyzed. The amount of activated carbon held by the non-woven fabric could be reach 55%, and iodine and phenol adsorptive value arrived at 503 and 57.8 mg/g respectively, with good uniformity.
