摘要
为诱导玉米无融合生殖,用一种物理方法对陕单911F0玉米种子进行了特殊处理,在M2代发现一株显性突变体,其第三雌穗自主结实242粒。M3代播种后得到6株,其中2株仍是第三雌穗自主结实,而其余4株则是第一雌穗自主结实,其自主结实率分别为5.0%、66.6%、87.1%和50.0%。这些自主结实植株的种子饱满,胚和胚乳发育正常,但其种子根和气生根的发育受到不同的影响。由于这4株具有第一雌穗自主结实,并具有短苞叶、黄花丝、细穗轴、紫花药及根系发育差等这些与亲本完全不同的特性,因而表明它们是由突变产生的无融合生殖体。
In order to induce apomixis of corn,seeds of corn shan-dan911F_0 was specifically disposed by a physical method.In M_2 generation discovered one plant dominant mutant,and autonomous seed set had given two hnudreds and forty-two kernels at 3rd female ear of the plant.Six plants were obtained after the seeds sown in M_3 generation,in which two plants seeded autonomously still at 3rd female ear,while other four plants seeded autonomously at first female ear with percentage of seed set of 0.5,66.6,87.1 and 50.0,respectively.The seeds got from the four plants are plump with normal embryo and endosperm,but it is different to suffer affection with develompent of seed roots and aerial roots in each of them.In view of the four plants have characteristics of autonomous seed set at first female ear of the every plant,short husk,yellow silk,thin cob,purple anther as well as unhealthy to rootage development and so on ,which are different completely from to their parents.Thus,it is indicated that the four plants are apomicts come from mutation.
