摘要
文章以CAK6150-DJ经济型数控车床为例,首先介绍该数控机床的有关基础知识,重点对刀架部分使用中出现的几例故障,分别列出了故障现象,并对故障原因进行了全面分析,针对不同的故障原因,提出了具体维修方法。对使用中出现的急停报警、车螺纹乱扣等的其他故障也做了较详细的原因分析,并提出了相应的维修方法。
In this paper,take the CAK6150-DJ economically numerical control machines as an instance , introduce the relevant rudimentary knowledges of this numerical control lathe at first, several troubles appearing while using the part of the tool rest especially, have listed the trouble phenomenon separately, and has analysed in an all-round way to the trouble reason , direct against different trouble reasons, have proposed maintaining the method concretly. Report to the police to quick stop that appear in using, car other trouble that whorl buckle arbitrarily make more detailed reason analyse too, and has put forward the corresponding maintenance method .
