摘要
学报的体制创新事关学报的前途命运,新形势下,学报的体制创新应与整体改革相适应,引进市场式管理模式;要抓内部机制改革,以人才管理为本,推行编辑活动全面质量管理;要面向市场,创新学报的经营机制,积极开展多种经营。
Journal system is concerned for the future and fate of journal. Under the new condition, the journal’s system innovation must adapt to the whole reform, import market managerial patterns, lay stress on internal reform, and regard the talent as a big potato; practice the whole quality administration in the editor’s activities; face the market, creating the journal running system and developing it in various ways.
